Initer

Fixtype of initializers [C17:6.7.9] [C17:A.2.2].

This is a tagged union type, introduced by fty::deftagsum.

This corresponds to initializer in the grammar in [C17]. The initializer-list is captured as a list of initializers with designations (see desiniter). The list may be empty only as a GCC extension; see the ABNF grammar.
