Change-vl-immdeps

Modifying constructor for vl-immdeps structures.

Syntax

(change-vl-immdeps x 
                   [:all-okp <all-okp>] 
                   [:deps <deps>] 
                   [:warnings <warnings>])

This is an often useful alternative to make-vl-immdeps.

We construct a new vl-immdeps structure that is a copy of x, except that you can explicitly change some particular fields. Any fields you don't mention just keep their values from x.
