    Basic constructor macro for expression-internal-call structures.

    This is the usual way to construct expression-internal-call structures. It simply conses together a structure with the specified fields.

    This macro generates a new expression-internal-call structure from scratch. See also change-expression-internal-call, which can "change" an existing structure, instead.
