Print-decl-spec-list
Print a list of one or more declaration specifiers,
separated by spaces.

- declspecs — Guard (decl-spec-listp declspecs).
- inlinep — Guard (booleanp inlinep).
- pstate — Guard (pristatep pstate).

- new-pstate — Type (pristatep new-pstate).
The inlinep flag is always t except when
the list consists of one declaration specifier
that is a type specifier that is a structure or union specifier
and additional conditions are satisfied (see callers).
