Modifying constructor for pnumber-number-nondigit structures.

Syntax

(change-pnumber-number-nondigit x 
                                [:number <number>] 
                                [:nondigit <nondigit>])

This is an often useful alternative to make-pnumber-number-nondigit.

We construct a new pnumber-number-nondigit structure that is a copy of x, except that you can explicitly change some particular fields. Any fields you don't mention just keep their values from x.
